21st Century: Mexico's Original People Discriminated in The New Spain Colony.

Oaxaca [State]. Aeromexico, a Mexico-based airline [whose logo on its airplanes depicts the attired head of an indigenous warrior], is on the spotlight accused of discrimination against a group of seven Mexican indigenous persons from Sola de Vega and San Jacinto Tlacotepec, Oaxaca, by preventing them from boarding an airplane even though they had acquired their tickets to travel to Hermosillo City, Sonora [State], on November 6, 2013.
Acting through Francisco Cáceres, Aeromexico's supervisor, the airline prevented them from boarding the plane at the Oaxaca international airport, located at the Santa Cruz Xoxocotlan municipality, due purportedly to their indigenous origin and attire.
Sandra Mónica Ramírez, employee at the airline's counter followed the supervisor's instructions, and thwarted flight boarding access to Rojas José, Bautista Florentino, López Severiana, Ruiz Gilberto, Heras Benedicto, Pérez Marcelo, and Bartolo Pérez.
The flight was scheduled at 12:00 hours, Oaxaca- Mexico in Aeromexico's flight 544 and Mexico- Hermosillo, at 15:00 hours, in Aeromexico's flight 706.
Representatives from Reforma travel agency, Sofia Santana and Neftalí Bautista, indicated that Francisco Cáceres, Aeromexico's supervisor, canceled their flight and refused to reassign them another one due to the persons' [native] origin and attire, this in contrast to another group of passengers who were attended adequately.
When the [discriminated] passengers inquired about the reason they could not board the plane, Mr. Cáceres answered with prepotency: "Do however you will".
Neftalí Bautista, said the tickets were acquired with due anticipation on October 28, and on Wednesday, they [her clients] would board the plane[s] with flight number 544 and 706, which would stop over at Mexico City.
The seven indigenous Mexicans, voiced that they would appeal to the Oaxaca People Human Rights Ombudsman to interpose a complaint against mentioned airline, they do not discard the [recurrent fact] of being discriminated [in their own land] due to their native appearance from Sola de Vega [contrasting to the norms imposed by the Iberian invaders].
The seven passengers planned to visit some of their family members living in Hermosillo while others were on a quest for employment and new opportunities, at the neighboring country on the north.
The seven persons come from humble origins in highly marginalized zones, accordingly they decided to denounce their abuse hoping that it will not happen to other persons.
